Prayer of the Day
Dear Lord,
As I wake up on this new day, I give you my heart and my mind. I pray that you will guide me and direct my steps as I start this new day. I pray for your protection over me and for your blessings to be upon me.
Help me to trust in you and to rely on your strength, rather than my own. Give me the grace to serve you and others with a loving and obedient heart. May your love and your presence be felt in every moment of this day.
I pray for those who are struggling and in need of your comfort and help. Please be with them and bring them your peace.
In your holy name I pray, Amen.
