Love is patient, even when we don't feel like it. Love is kind, even when we are hurt or wronged. It does not envy or boast, but instead, it rejoices in the success of others. Love does not dishonor others or seek to only serve oneself. It is not easily angered and it does not keep a record of wrongs.

Let us strive to show love to those around us in the same way that God has shown love to us. Let us choose to be patient, kind, humble, and selfless. May we reflect God's love in our words and actions today and always.

Prayer of the Day

Dear God,

Thank You for the perfect example of love that You have shown us through Your son Jesus Christ. Help us to love one another in the same way that You love us. Give us patience and kindness, and help us to avoid envy, pride, and selfishness. Fill our hearts with Your love and guide us to reflect that love in our daily lives.
