📖 Verse of the Day
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
Reflection:
In Colossians 2:6-7, we are reminded of the dynamic journey of faith. Like a tree that grows stronger and more deeply rooted over time, our spiritual journey is one of continual growth and deepening connection with Christ. It’s not a stagnant state but an active, living process.
As we live “in Him,” our roots delve deeper into the fertile soil of His love and truth. This growth isn’t always visible to the outside world, yet it's essential for our stability and vitality. Our faith, strengthened and nurtured by His teachings, becomes resilient, capable of withstanding life's challenges.
This scripture also calls us to overflow with thankfulness. In our walk with Christ, every challenge faced and every victory won should be met with gratitude. It’s a gratitude that acknowledges His presence in our lives, guiding us, holding us, and constantly nurturing us.
Today, let's consciously deepen our roots in Christ. Let's seek His wisdom, draw strength from His promises, and let a spirit of gratitude color our perspective. As we do so, our lives will naturally become a testament to the transformative power of living in Christ.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of Your Word and the wisdom it imparts to my life. Guide me to walk in Your ways, rooted and built up in Christ, facing each day with faith and hope. Strengthen my commitment to live by Your principles and to be a reflection of Your love in this world.
Grant me wisdom in my daily decisions and the grace to grow closer to You with each step. Help me to bear the fruits of Your Spirit, showing patience, kindness, and love in all my interactions.
In Jesus' name, I pray.
