π Verse of the Day
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
Reflection:
Our worth is not a reflection of worldly standards, achievements, or the titles we hold. Rather, it is deeply rooted in the divine truth that God, the Creator of the universe, knew us and had plans for us even before our very first heartbeat. Before we made any choices, before we achieved anything, before we even had a name, God recognized us, loved us, and ordained a unique purpose for each of us.
It's a comforting and empowering thought: our existence isn't random. It's intentional. Each day is an opportunity to uncover more of God's plan and purpose for us, to seek His guidance, and to live in alignment with His will.
Ask Yourself:
If God knew and loved me before I was even formed, how does that reshape my perspective on self-worth and purpose? How can I deepen my relationship with Him to discern His plans for me?
π Prayer of the Day
Gracious Father,
I am awestruck by the depth of Your love and the intricacy with which You designed my life. I thank You for knowing me intimately, long before I took my first breath. Guide me, Lord, to recognize and fulfill the special purpose you've set for me. May my life be a testament to Your love and grace.
In Jesus' Name, Amen.
π Quote of the Day
"In God's eyes, you were known, loved, and purposefully designed before the world ever saw you."
β Augustine of Hippo
A Christian newsletter we highly recommend
A group of Christian millennials think theyβve fixed the newsβ¦
Itβs called The Pour Over, and it has two goals:
Keep its readers informed about world events
Keep its readers focused on Christ
That means providing politically neutral coverage of events and pairing it with brief Biblical reminders.
