We are born into this world as newborns, grasping for understanding with hands that have barely learned to hold, and before we know it, our time on earth has slipped through our fingers like grains of sand.

But in this realization lies not despair, but an invitation—a call to seek true wisdom that transcends the bounds of our mortal existence. For if our days are numbered, then let us make each one count. Let us pursue not the fleeting shadows of worldly knowledge, but the eternal light of God's wisdom.

In the brevity of our lives, let us learn to seek Him with every breath, to walk in His ways with every step. Let us cling to His truth like a lifeline in the midst of life's storms, knowing that in Him we find the anchor that holds us steady, the rock that stands unshakable through every passing shadow. For it is in the wisdom of God that we find the meaning, the purpose, and the hope that carries us from this fleeting life into eternity.

🙏 Prayer of the Day

God,

As I walk through this life, I'm reminded by Your Word that my days are fleeting, like a shadow that's here one moment and gone the next. It's a heavy truth, but I know it's not meant to discourage me. Instead, I feel You calling me to lean into Your wisdom, to trust in Your understanding above my own.

Help me to make each day count, to live with eternity in mind. When I'm tempted to chase after things that don't last, gently turn my heart back to You—the source of all that's true and lasting.

Every breath is a gift, an opportunity to know You more deeply and shine Your light more brightly. Help me to seize each day with gratitude and faithfulness, keeping my heart fixed on You.
