Verse of the Day: John 15:1

☀️ Good morning!

Welcome to a new dawn of blessings and grace. As we journey through this day, let's set our hearts on a wonderful message of spiritual vitality, drawn from the Gospel of John. Have a blessed day!

Verse of the Day

"I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener."

In this beautiful metaphor, Jesus introduces Himself as the true vine, implying that our source of nourishment and life must come from Him. This is a vivid reminder that God, the Father, is the gardener tending to us, ensuring that we bear fruit. It’s a call to examine our lives. Are we connected to the true vine or are we seeking sustenance from lesser sources?

The health of a plant is determined by its connection to the root. In the same way, our spiritual health is directly proportional to our connection with Christ. Apart from Him, we can do nothing. But rooted in Him, we can bear much fruit—fruit that lasts.

Prayer of the Day

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for being the True Vine, the source of life and nourishment for my soul. Today, I pray for the grace to remain rooted in You. Help me to yield good fruit that glorifies Your name. Prune away the branches in me that don't serve Your purpose, and keep me close to You always.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Quote of the Day

"The true vine gives us the wine of life, the Spirit of joy. We have not to make the wine; we have but to drink it."

— Andrew Murray
