πŸ“– Verse of the Day

"The Lord is my shepherd; I lack nothing"

Reflection:

In this concise verse, King David encapsulates a profound truth: when God is our Shepherd, we find our needs met in a way that defies worldly understanding. Imagine a sheep, blissfully grazing under the watchful eye of its shepherd. There is peace, security, and no lack. In the same way, when we submit to the Lord’s guidance, we find that we lack nothing. This isn't just about material provision; it's about the peace and satisfaction that come from knowing you're where God wants you to be.

Ask Yourself:

Am I truly letting God shepherd my life in all its facets? Where might I be resisting His guidance, and how can I surrender those areas to Him?

πŸ™ Prayer of the Day

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for being my Shepherd, the One who guides, provides for, and protects me. When my soul feels parched or my path uncertain, remind me to turn to You, my Source of all that is good. I want for nothing when I walk in Your ways.

In Jesus' Name, Amen.

πŸ–‹ Quote of the Day

"Contentment is not the fulfillment of what you want, but the realization of how much you already have."

A Christian newsletter we highly recommend

A group of Christian millennials think they’ve fixed the news…

It’s called The Pour Over, and it has two goals:

  1. Keep its readers informed about world events

  2. Keep its readers focused on Christ

That means providing politically neutral coverage of events and pairing it with brief Biblical reminders.

The question is… are they hitting the mark? See what you think, subscribe in just one click.
