Father in Heaven,

This morning, I'm reminded of the words in Psalm 30:5, about joy coming after hardship. Life can be tough, and sometimes it feels like the hard times just won't end. But I hold onto Your promise that these moments are temporary and that joy is on the horizon.

In times of worry or sadness, help me to remember to turn to You. Your strength and love have a way of making things better, even when it seems impossible. Guide me through this day with that hope in my heart.

Thank you for being with me through every up and down, and for the joy that You bring after the darkest nights.
