Verse of the Day

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what Godโ€™s will isโ€”his good, pleasing and perfect will."

The world around us has a pattern, a way of thinking and acting that often contradicts God's will. Romans 12:2 encourages us to be counterculturalโ€”to not conform but to be transformed. This transformation happens when we allow God's Word to renew our minds, replacing worldly thoughts and ideals with His truth.

This renewal isn't a one-time event but an ongoing process of growth and refinement in our walk with God. As our minds are transformed, we become better equipped to discern God's will in our lives, understanding that His plans are good, pleasing, and perfect.

Prayer of the Day

Dear Father in Heaven,

Today, I seek Your guidance in renewing my mind and transforming my heart. Help me break free from the pattern of this world and fill me with Your wisdom to understand Your good, pleasing, and perfect will. Let Your Holy Spirit guide me in all my ways, and may my life glorify You in everything I do.

In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

Quote of the Day

"God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply."

Worship Song of the Day

"New Wine" by Hillsong Worship

This song beautifully encapsulates the process of transformation that we undergo as believers, symbolizing God's work in us as the making of new wine. Its lyrics are a prayer for God to come and work in us, even if the process is painful, trusting that the end result will be worth it, much like the process of grapes being crushed to make new wine.
