🙏 Verse of the Day: 1 Corinthians 3:7
🌞 Good morning,
Today’s email is brought to you by unfoldingWord, a nonprofit committed to seeing the Church in every people group and the Bible in every language.
Have a blessed day.
📖 Verse of the Day

“So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.”
Reflection
There's something quietly freeing about the words "neither is anything." Not slightly important. Not mostly responsible. Just nothing. The one who plants. The one who waters. The one who tries so hard to make growth happen. Paul levels the field with one truth: only God makes things grow.
Every sprouting seed, every deepening root, every transformation—none of it hinges on your effort alone. The miracle was never about your performance. It was always about His power. A power that brings beauty from dust, fruit from dry ground, and life from places we thought were barren.
In a world obsessed with results, this verse invites us into holy surrender. You're not asked to produce—you're invited to participate. You don't carry the pressure—you create space for the miracle.
This doesn't make your role small—it makes it sacred. You're not the source of life. You're the hands that plant, the heart that waters, the soul that watches in wonder as heaven works through your unseen faithfulness.
And when the harvest comes, it will be more beautiful than you ever imagined—because He grew it.
Ask Yourself
Where in my life have I been carrying the pressure to produce results God never asked me to?
What would it look like today to stop striving and simply trust God with the unseen?
🙏 Prayer of the Day
Dear Father,
You know how easily I slip into striving—how I chase results and feel like I have to prove something. But You never asked me to carry that weight. Forgive me for forgetting that only You make things grow.
Thank You for inviting me to simply be faithful. Help me plant with love, water with grace, and trust You with the rest. Quiet my fears. Steady my heart. And when I can’t see the fruit yet, help me believe You’re still at work.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
