š Verse of the Day

āThe King will reply, āTruly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.āā
Reflection
What if every act of kindness wasnāt just compassionābut communion with Christ Himself?
Thatās what Jesus reveals in Matthew 25:40: āWhatever you did for one of the least of theseā¦ you did for me.ā The King of heaven doesnāt just notice our care for the hurtingāHe receives it personally.
When we lift up the vulnerable, feed the hungry, care for the sick, or show kindness to the forgotten, we are ministering to Jesus. He identifies not with the powerful, but with the overlooked. And He calls our smallest acts of love eternal.
That donation? Itās worship. That prayer? It reaches His heart. The comfort you offer someone in pain? Itās received by nail-scarred hands.
In a world chasing status and recognition, Jesus honors what no one else may seeāthe quiet gift, the secret act of love, the moment of compassion that reflects His own heart.
So today, donāt underestimate your impact. When you serve the least, you are loving the One who gave everything for you. And that changes everything.
Ask Yourself
Who around me might be considered āthe least of these,ā and how can I serve them today?
How often do I pause to see Jesus in those the world tends to ignore?
š Prayer of the Day
Loving Father,
It humbles me to know that when I care for the least, Iām loving You. Open my eyes to see You in the faces of the hungry, the hurting, and the forgotten. Donāt let me miss the quiet moments where love is needed most.
Make my compassion more than sentimentāmake it action. Use my hands to serve, my words to heal, and my heart to reflect Yours.
Use me today, Lord. Let someone feel Your heart through mine.
In Jesusā name, Amen.
š Quote of the Day
"You can give without loving, but you cannot love without giving."
